1. Rights & Ownership
• You confirm you are the sole creator and rights holder of the Submission, or you have full legal authority to submit it.
• You retain full ownership of your Submission at all times.
2. License to Use (Non-Exclusive)
• You grant Beat Club Podcast a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
Stream, broadcast, and publicly perform the Submission
Record, edit, and display the Submission in podcast episodes, livestreams, and promotional materials
Include the Submission in digital compilations, recap releases, and downloadable or streamable collections
Monetize such content via digital sales, streaming platforms, sponsorships, or promotional distribution
• This license does not prevent you from selling, licensing, or distributing your Submission elsewhere.
3. Compensation
• You acknowledge that Beat Club Podcast is not required to provide monetary compensation unless explicitly stated for a specific project, contest, or prize.
4. Curation & Use
• You understand that selected Submissions may be included in curated releases, challenge compilations, recap content, or event-related projects.
5. Platform Use
• By uploading to this folder or submission system, you give Beat Club Podcast permission to review, play, and feature your beat(s) across its platforms.
6. Communications
• By submitting, you agree to receive relevant updates related to your submission, challenges, events, and opportunities.
• You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
